LOCAL PICK UP
Please note: Online sales have been suspended until Canada Post service resumes. See upcoming market dates.
Free local pick up is available in Fulford, Salt Spring Island. We require two days for order preparation. Pick up times are as follows:
Mondays, 4 - 7 p.m.
Tuesdays, 4 - 7 p.m.
Wednesdays, 8 - 11 a.m.
Thursdays, 8 - 11 a.m.
Sundays, 9 a.m. - noon
You will be asked to select your preferred pick up day and time at check out. We will email you confirmation of your pick up date and additional pick up instructions after you complete your online order.
SHIPPING

Under normal circumstances, orders can be shipped to the US and Canada, excluding Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Quebec. We require two days for order preparation.
Packages are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from British Columbia, Canada via Canada Post’s Flat Rate Box, Expedited Parcel or Tracked Packet shipping. You will receive a tracking number for your package.
Shipping to all delivery locations is free for orders of 12 or more stems, $15 for orders of 6 or more stems, and $25 for orders of 5 stems or less. Express shipping may be available upon request, at an additional cost.
For US customers: Taxes, duties and other related fees are not included in your purchase price. If these charges are applied by your jurisdiction, you are responsible for payment.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations or returns at this time. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged. Lost packages will be confirmed and refunded through Canada Post.
